Dr. HEARTFIELD has been my doctor for about a year now and I can say with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that he is the EPITOME of EXCELLENCE! Without a doubt this gentleman is in the field of his calling and doing EXACTLY what he was CREATED to do, which is IMPROVE the quality of every patient's life! Given the "nature" of his specialty, one can have reservations or even fear when coming to his office, HOWEVER, DR. HEARTFIELD immediately puts you at ease by explaining everything in GREAT DETAIL! He really cares that you understand your particular procedure, and will answer ALL your questions and address all your concerns. He is approachable, empathic compassionate, and HE REALLY LISTENS to his patients. The facilities are also very clean and well maintained, HUGE PLUS!
I LOVE THIS MAN AND I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLYYYY RECOMMEND HIM!

Dr. Heartfield is patient, caring, and attentive. He listened to my concerns carefully and provided great care during/after my abscess surgery. His calm demeanor and meticulous nature made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Because I needed to go home the same day, he opted for a bedside surgery procedure instead of taking me to the OT. I appreciate that very much. His office staff are good and my wait time was usually pretty short.

Amazing!!!! Wish I could give higher raitings. Dr. Heartfield was attentive and caring . Been dealing with a pilondial cyst for about 8 years and he was the first Dr. to really help me. He answered all my questions and was compassionate. Just had my surgery yesterday and am already feeling great. I recommend all with a pilondial cyst to go to Dr. Heartfield.

Dr Heartfield is an amazing surgeon who truly cares about his patients and he took the time to explain everything to me, answer my questions, and put me at ease before my colon resection and he has one of the best nursing staffs I have ever seen in a hospital. I just had an excellent appointment with Dr. Heartfield. His office was able to find me a next day appointment. The Dr. was prompt and kind and offered a non-surgical solution that we were able to begin same day. This is the best experience I've had with a health care professional in recent memory. One of the few surgeons with a great bedside manner! Very intelligent and easy to talk to, is also cautious about going forward with a surgery if it's not needed, and that's what surgery should be, a last resort when nothing else works.
