James I would like to thank you  and the Team at R Douglas Custom Clothier for  excellent service! The Suit Looks Great and Fit perfectly! The Shoes are Wonderful they are my  Dream that came True! To have hand made Shoes that Look Good and Feels  Good is Wonderful!   I have had Custom made clothing from Hong Kong, China and England, I must say  that R Douglas Custom Clothier is the Best! As a  20 year US Army Retired Veteran this was A Great  Customer Experience, it reminds, me of the core values that I stand on as a Retired US Army Veteran! The mission of the military is supported by several core values. The individual branches of the military state these values differently. For example, the Army has a Soldier's Creed. It includes statements such as, "I will always place the mission first," "I will never accept defeat," "I will never quit," and "I am an expert and I am a professional." The Marine Corps uses the motto Semper Fidelis, which is Latin for "always faithful." This motto reminds Marines to remain faithful to the mission, to each other, to the Corps, and to country, no matter what. These values are introduced during basic training and are reinforced and encouraged throughout an individual's military experience. This can result in high motivation to be mission oriented and can build camaraderie between military personnel rarely seen elsewhere. Being mission oriented includes: Committing to the mission, is  Setting high standards,  Completing tasks needed to complete the mission, despite obstacles that may arise ,Being disciplined and following rules ,Working together as a team, Respecting the team leader and his or her decisions and ,Leading a team effectively and motivating team members.  James you and the Team at  R Douglas Custom Clothier at  are the example of these military Core Values!  I am Also an employee at the VA Medical Center, in Houston,TX.  we also have  five core values underscore the obligations inherent in VA’s mission: they are  Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence. The core values define “who we are,” our culture, and how we care for Veterans and eligible beneficiaries. Our values are more than just words – they affect outcomes in our daily interactions with Veterans and eligible beneficiaries and with each other. Taking the first letter of each word—Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, Excellence! These Words  Creates a powerful acronym, “I CARE,” that reminds each VA employee of the importance of their role in their  Department. These core values come together as five promises we make as individuals and as an organization to those we serve. Integrity: Act with high moral principle. Adhere to the highest professional standards. Maintain the trust and confidence of all with whom I engage .Commitment: Work diligently to serve Veterans and other beneficiaries. Be driven by an earnest belief in VA’s mission. Fulfill my individual responsibilities and organizational responsibilities .Advocacy: Be truly Veteran-centric by identifying, fully considering, and appropriately advancing the interests of Veterans and other beneficiaries. Respect: Treat all those I serve and with whom I work with dignity and respect. Show respect to earn it .Excellence: Strive for the highest quality and continuous improvement. Be thoughtful and decisive in leadership, accountable for my actions, willing to admit mistakes, and rigorous in correcting them. James, you showed me and my wife Alice these five promises. One of things that was said by 4 Star Army General Colin Powell "If You are going to Achieve Excellence in Big things, You Develop the Habit in Little matters! Excellence is not an Exception, it is a Prevailing Attitude!  James you and the Team at  R Douglas Custom Clothier made  Excellence in Customer Services a Prevailing Attitude!
