DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their tenants. Emails and phone calls were never returned. Todd Lewis is a good talker but does not follow through with anything. Maintenance requests took up to 10 days to complete. We were without refrigeration for 3 weeks and no compensation was given or money off of our rent. There is no sense of urgency with these people. It is a very small company and I have yet to hear from the owner whom I included on every email. The actual unit we rented was filthy! Roaches everywhere and Todd said "his hands were tied." The carpet was disgusting and had dog urine stains everywhere from previous tenants. When it came time to move out we were charged for carpet cleaning after Todd stated that the carpet needed to be replaced. As far as our deposit check.. they legally have 14-30 days to return it. I called them everyday for a week and it was still mailed late. I have read many reviews of them keeping people's deposits. They are a dishonest company and I would recommend them to no one.
