This is the second time I’ve used this place to repair a phone (different phones). Very quick, professional and honest service. I like how he asked if the tempered glass protector was from his store. If it had been, he’d have discounted the new one. But the one that broke wasn’t from his store. Kids are hard on phones. I’m glad this small, local business exists

This phone repair didn't go well for me, went in for a new battery and screen saver, phone wasn't ready when they said it would be, I got the impression they had forgotten to order the screen saver.
Eventually picked up phone and battery life was much better, however screen saver impared the use of the phone, functions on side of phone were difficult to use and eventually I had to remove it.
Sometime later I removed my phone cover/protector and discovered that the phone back was loose and hadn't been installed properly.
This is allowing dust and moisture into the phone, phone back now doesn't seem to fit properly and I will have to replace my phone.

S8 battery needed to be replaced. New battery cost was 75$ but the service was and quick return time was worth it. Also has 6 month warranty should I need to replace it again....Great, fast reliable service....

BEST cell phone repair experience! I’ve had to deal with cell phone repair kiosks at the mall before and it was a nightmare. D&R has friendly and polite service, is fast, reasonably priced, with a clean facility. They fixed my son’s iPhone 7 Plus shattered screen and dead screen pixels in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Brought in an old and slow (Lenovo) laptop that I purchased in 2019. The computer was so slow that I considered trashing it. D.R. checked it out and found that the ram and the hard drive were insufficient. They replaced both and updated my Windows for a price that I could never complain about. The laptop is now rocket fast. My primary use is for home office/student. D.R. also fixed a screen on one of my i phones, and the screen on my i watch. D.R. rocks. We have been using this cell phone repair store for close to 10 years now... Maybe as long as they've been here. Always have good and quick service. They're honest and will tell you what to expect, and they find anything they will let you know. They don't always have screens or batteries in stock, but can usually order them in a day. 50% down payment when you drop off, paying the balance on pick up.

Back in March I took my niece's iPhone 6s in to have the LCD and touchscreen replaced. Keavin took great care of me, explaining my options and warranty beforehand. The repair was only $60 and it was completed in a couple of hours. The phone worked fine up until a week ago when it appeared to die completely. I took the phone back to see if perhaps the LCD had failed. Jordan took the phone in, checked it out, and installed a new LCD under warranty, again in only 2 hours! No charge, just good friendly, honest service. I will never go anywhere else but D&R, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing honest cell phone repair at a decent price! Great local business!
